Responsibilities

• Handle incoming tickets, prioritizing and documenting solutions effectively.
• Manage automated rollouts and lifecycle of Windows and macOS devices.
• Support users on‑site with hardware issues and complex rollouts.
• Administration of Microsoft 365 as well as Azure or Entra ID, including implementation of security and compliance requirements.
• Monitoring system stability with tools like Datto RMM and Trend Micro and sustainable resolution of complex faults.
• Support in IT projects and close collaboration with the decentralised IT key users at our locations.
• Direct support of users on site with hardware issues and technical problems.
