**Job Overview**

Supervises the planning, scheduling, setting up, and running of routine and production streams.

**Job Requirements**

**Job Responsibilities:**

+ Supervise and lead production team members across assigned shifts and production lines.
+ Ensure daily production schedules are met in compliance with safety, quality, and delivery requirements.
+ Monitor key performance indicators (OEE, yield, scrap, downtime) and implement corrective actions as needed.
+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives in productivity, cost reduction, and process efficiency.
+ Partner with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams to resolve process and equipment issues.
