Surface Land Analyst

Position Overview Our client is looking for an experienced Surface A&D Analyst to join the Land A&D team. The role involves surface land A&D activity for a variety of projects, including area deals, corporate projects, and day‑to‑day A&D queries. The ideal candidate will be self‑motivated, able to multitask, pivot in a fast‑paced environment, and collaborate with stakeholders to complete A&D projects timely while driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Support Surface land A&D activities across the company, including reviewing and validating both land and well schedules, preparing conveyance documents for closing, such as asset license transfers, lease conveyances and land title transfers, and updating applicable land systems.

Identify potential risks with Surface A&D activities and communicate effectively to internal stakeholders.

Identify discrepancies and post‑close deficiencies, and remedy as applicable.
