  The expected salary range for this role is intended to support transparency and informed decision making. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience and internal equity.

Island Gold District

The Island Gold District is one of Canada’s fastest-growing gold mining districts and is on track to become one of the largest and lowest-cost gold operations in the country. Located in northern Ontario near Dubreuilville, the district includes the Island Gold and Magino operations and employs more than 900 team members across underground, open pit, and surface operations. Continuous exploration success has extended mine life and strengthened long-term growth opportunities.
