Surface Mount Technology (SMT) Process Engineer

Qualifications:



- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field

- 1–3 years of experience in SMT or PCB assembly manufacturing

- Strong knowledge of SMT processes, materials, and equipment

- Hands-on experience with SMT machines, preferably Panasonic equipment

- Solid understanding of reflow profiling and soldering processes

- Familiarity with IPC standards and ESD control practices

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Good communication and teamwork abilities
