Role Description

Amentum, a global leader in advanced engineering, technical, and professional services serving the US government, allies, and critical infrastructure sectors, is seeking a Swimming Instructor to support a unique US Navy program based on the island of Diego Garcia.
Job Responsibilities
Facility Operation and Maintenance:
Operating and maintaining the swimming pool in accordance with NAVMED P-5010-4, NAVSUPPFAC instructions, CNICINST , and other applicable Navy instructions and manuals.

Ensuring pool cleanliness, proper filtration, and water quality through regular monitoring and maintenance.

Inspecting pool equipment and addressing any maintenance concerns or coordinating repairs in a timely manner.

Enforcing all Navy and local safety guidelines, policies, and procedures to maintain a safe swimming environment for all patrons.
