Switchboard Mechanical Assembler

Description Reporting to the Production Manager - Custom Switchboards, this position will work as part of a crew to assemble, fit and mount mechanical components into large, heavy switchboard structures. Candidates must have medium to advanced assembly skills, be very experienced using power assembly tools such as power impact wrenches and torque guns, and be able to read and follow engineering drawings and 3D models. There is no wiring in this role.
 Pay Rate: $23/hr. Location: Milton, ONShift: Afternoon
 Specifically, the successful candidate in this position will:
 * Construct large, heavy switchboard structures and subassemblies using pre-fabricated metal parts (steel and copper).
 * Mount and brace horizontal and vertical copper bus, risers and bus supports inside structures.
 * Use ladders, punch presses, band saws, pump trucks, compressed air and more than 30 different tools including power impact wrenches and torque tooling....
