**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
The **SWMC Operator** is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of equipment and tasks involved in the management of solid waste in accordance with established protocols and manuals. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

+ Operating equipment required for solid waste management tasks in accordance with the **Government-accepted Solid Waste Management Center (SWMC) Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Manual** .
