System Administrator

We are looking for a System Administrator to join an enterprise IT infrastructure environment.

Work setup: Hybrid in Lisbon

Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain Windows and/or Linux server environments.
• Monitor system performance, availability, alerts, and operational health.
• Troubleshoot incidents related to servers, operating systems, access, and infrastructure services.
• Support patching, updates, configuration changes, and routine maintenance activities.
• Manage user access, permissions, basic Active Directory or identity-related tasks.
• Maintain technical documentation, procedures, inventory, and operational reports.
• Collaborate with network, security, application, and support teams to ensure service continuity.
• Follow IT operations best practices, security standards, and change management procedures.
