System Analyst

Overview

eir business talent is looking for a System Analyst. The role is based in Dublin and operates on a hybrid model requiring 2 days onsite and 3 days remote each week.

The role supports the BIM SmartSimple grant management system, combining business analysis, L1/L2 application support, data migration and reporting across both the legacy (Fluent) and SmartSimple platforms.
You will report to the BIM IT Officer – Grants and play a key role in supporting grant scheme delivery and system improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Application Support (L1 & L2)
• Provide first- and second-line support for SmartSimple users
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
• Manage support tickets and ensure SLA compliance
• Support onboarding, training, and documentation
