Job Objective:
The System Analyst will be involved in the Customer Onboarding Program and will be responsible for understanding business requirements and translating them into Functional Specifications and Technical Design Specifications.
The role requires end-to-end involvement across multiple functional domains and technologies.
Key Responsibilities: Assist Project Technical Delivery / Development Manager in planning, developing, tracking, and implementing customer onboarding applications. Lead functional requirements gathering, technical design, implementation, interface development, security review, and support activities.
