System Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead and Design end-to-end IBM Z / Mainframe architecture for large-scale internal systems
• Define technical standards, best practices, and architectural roadmaps
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align mainframe solutions with business objectives
• Lead modernization and optimization initiatives on IBM Z platforms
• Mentor and guide senior developers and engineering teams
• Conduct architecture reviews and provide technical governance

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IBM Mainframe architecture and design
• Deep expertise in IBM Z systems, z/OS, CICS, JCL, and related middleware
• Strong knowledge of DB2, IMS, MQ Series, and batch processing frameworks
• Experience with mainframe modernization, cloud integration, or hybrid architectures
