System Engineer

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced L2 Systems Admin to provide Windows and Network support at our client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure, with a focus on Windows systems and network administration. This role requires hands-on experience in troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing IT systems to ensure smooth operations at our work sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide L2 support for Windows systems and network infrastructure at client work locations.
Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments
Manage Active Directory (AD), Group Policy (GPO), DNS, DHCP
Perform patching, updates, and vulnerability remediation
Administer services such as IIS, file servers, and print services
Monitor system performance and event logs
Install, configure, and maintain RHEL servers
Perform system hardening and security compliance (e.g., CIS benchmarks)
