· Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.

· With at least 2 years relevant experience.

· With experience in requirements gathering, writing design documents, testing, working directly with end customer.

· Preferably with development experience/background in C# .NET Applications and MSSQL / MYSQL DB.

· Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.

· Has knowledge of business issues and processes as well as IT resources and enabling technologies.

· Analytical, acceptable comprehension. Must be able to conduct needs assessments with clients to identify business requirements to translate into functional specs, technical specs and project plans
