Role Description

2+ years of business systems experience including system requirements, systems help desk, systems training, business process design, technical documentation, or Agile/Scrum project delivery. Experience working on Salesforce implementations is mandatory
Fluency in English
Ability to analyze business operations and design automated solutions
Strong human‑relations, communication, planning, and organizational skills
Experience designing Salesforce solutions a must
Candidate must understand Salesforce concepts like configuration, automation flows, validation rules, roles/profiles, integrations/APIs, reporting, and dashboards
Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) preferred
Familiarity with Salesforce data management tools, sandboxes, and facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
