Systems Analyst ll

Overview

The Systems Analyst – Dynamics 365 role supports application configuration, security administration, reporting, and business process support for all Dynamics 365 users. The analyst will maintain user access, roles, workflows, and business unit configuration; promote changes from sandbox to production via Azure DevOps pipelines; keep sandbox environments aligned with production; and deliver reporting on Dynamics data as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Dynamics 365 user base, including user setup, access changes, role assignments, and business unit configuration for all users.
• Support and maintain Dynamics 365 operations during the CST time zone coverage, ensuring timely response to production issues, business requests, and operational support needs.
