The Systems Analyst supports Dynamics 365 is accountable for maintaining user access, roles, workflows and business unit configuration for all Dynamics 365 users. This role performs configuration changes based on business needs and prioritization, promotes approved changes from sandbox to production through Azure DevOps pipelines, keeps sandbox environments aligned with production, and delivers reporting on Dynamics data as needed.
We are looking for a Systems Analyst ll who will:
Maintain the Dynamics 365 user base, including user setup, access changes, role assignments, and business unit configuration for all Dynamics 365 users.
Support and maintain Dynamics 365 operations during CST time zone coverage, ensuring timely response to production issues, business requests, and operational support needs.
