Systems Engineer - Enterprise Acquisition

Description

The Senior Systems Engineer will assist customers with evaluations, benchmarks, system configurations, and installations; collaborate with R&D on product requirements; help shape sales strategy; demonstrate technical leadership on storage products, distributed storage architectures, file systems, and competitive offerings; create architecture blueprints for the Sales team; and help develop support organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with evaluations and benchmarks, system configurations, and system installations.
• Work closely with VAST R&D Engineering in helping to define product requirements and usability, including the creation of product specification documents.
• Participate in the creation of sales strategy and tactics and take ownership of technical responsibilities within customer accounts.
