**Position Description & Qualifications**

Serco North America seeks a **Systems Engineer** with hands-on Integration and Testing experience for a fast-paced, growing, dynamic position supporting simulation and training programs for CAFDMO3 in Orlando, Florida with the Mission Operations Engineering (MOE) Team. Serco is an industry leader in developing, integrating, and sustaining complex systems for the US Department of Defense. Our engineering teams perform a variety of tasks leading to successful integration, test, deployment, and sustainment of complex modeling & simulation (M&S) systems, enabling a worldwide distributed mission training capability.

**The ability to obtain/maintain/transfer a U.S. Department of War (DoW) Secret security clearance.**
