About the Role
We are seeking a System Engineer Lead to manage the India team. Should have deep expertise in Linux systems and DevOps. You’ll work closely with internal teams, business users, and external partners to ensure smooth and efficient application lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support a group of system engineers, including 24x7 rotations , providing hands-on technical guidance and mentorship.
Perform Linux system administration , including server setup, patching, performance tuning, and monitoring.
Manage daily events and RCA report communications as Site Reliability Engineer role.
Design, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines to support agile development and deployment practices.
Proactively manage the team’s workload in Jira , monitor progress, and ensure timely task completion.
