TAB Engineer (Testing & Balancing)

Job Summary

We are looking for a TAB Engineer with hands‑on experience in air‑side and basic hydronic‑side testing and balancing. This is a site‑based role supporting testing, adjusting, and balancing works for HVAC systems under the guidance of senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out air‑side testing, adjusting, and balancing for HVAC systems
• Assist in hydronic‑side balancing for chilled water and related systems
• Perform airflow measurements for AHUs, FAUs, FCUs, diffusers, and grilles
• Support pump and valve flow measurements under supervision
• Identify basic airflow or water flow issues and report findings
• Assist senior engineers during testing and commissioning activities
• Record site data accurately and support TAB report preparation
• Follow approved methods, safety procedures, and site instructions
