Talent Acquisition Associate II

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid-level and critical roles, from requisition intake to offer acceptance
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and hiring strategies
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
• Conduct in-depth candidate screenings and behavioral interviews
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Coordinate and facilitate interviews, assessments, and feedback sessions
• Maintain accurate and updated records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and pipeline health
