Talent Acquisition Intern

The Talent Acquisition Intern will report directly to the Recruitment Lead for Volume Hiring. This role focuses on recruitment operations, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, and system data entry, to support hiring targets.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and evaluate qualified candidates for all external requirements.
• Profile initial and behavioral interviews, present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Facilitate a smooth internal hiring process.
• Encode candidate information accurately and in a timely manner into the system.
• Support the recruiting team in meeting hiring targets.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a college degree in any field and completing internship hours.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
