Talent Acquisition Manager - EEM

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager, with responsibility for Eastern Europe and Mediterranean (EEM). This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the Talent Acquisition function in this region. The role involves leading a team of 6 experienced Talent Acquisition Specialists (in different locations across EEM), driving the day-to-day recruitment activities in the frontline, as well as Employer Branding initiatives and school collaborations.
You will have dotted line responsibility for 1 Recruitment Specialists, based in Bratislava (Slovakia). The EEM TA function is responsible for recruitment activities for the EEM frontline, our KONE Business Services in Bratislava and our Supply Chain facilities in Usti.
This role can be based in either of our main EEM offices. Regular travel within the region will be required. You will report in solid line to our Head of Talent & Culture for Europe, and in dotted line to our People & Communications director for EEM.
