Role Description

Talent Development Intern

Objective

Join the Talent Development Center of Excellence as an intern and support key initiatives that help improve the employee experience across the organization. In this role, you will contribute to Career Site updates, Talent Assessment processes, status reporting, pulse surveys, data analysis, and the maintenance of guidelines and toolkits, while gaining hands-on experience in global Talent Development processes.
Main Responsibilities
Monitor and track the progress of the Performance Management process across regional teams.

Support regional leaders in the implementation of performance management initiatives.

Provide administrative support for Talent Development projects and initiatives.

Support the design and publication of materials for the Career Site.
