• Create and implement recruitment strategies across services and markets, often with complex requirements that call for creative solutions
• Carry out market research for new service offerings
• Analyze results of recruitment campaigns and ROI on budget spent to make informed decisions about future strategies
• Deliver against set recruitment KPIs and report to Senior Management on results or remedial strategies and actions where needed...
