As a Driver Trainer, you’ll be an essential part of coordinating and delivering training for the Transportation Associate Program (TAP) and In House Shunting (IHS) drivers in the UK.

E2E Field Learning Excellence is looking for a Driver Trainer with a proven track record of delivering results and experience in learning and development to support the learning journey of our TAP/IHS drivers. In this role, you will deliver driver training to Amazon’s Shunter drivers across the TAP and IHS program, including initial training, refreshers and coaching in the yard and in classroom sessions. You’ll also support initiatives to maintain safety standards in our yards, working with stakeholder teams such as safety, operations, and projects.
