Long-Term Teaching Assistant Opportunities - Birmingham & Surrounding Areas

We are currently recruiting long-term, full-time Teaching Assistants to support schools across Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield, Walsall, Wolverhampton, and surrounding areas.

Requirements:

To be considered, you will need:

A Level 2 or above child-related qualification (or equivalent)
At least 6 months experience working in a UK-based school, or
A relevant degree that is transferable to education support roles
A strong commitment to supporting children's learning and development

The Role:

Supporting teachers within the classroom
Working 1:1 or with small groups of pupils
Assisting with learning activities and behaviour support
Helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment
