About this role:
We’re looking for a highly motivated individual who will be responsible for both executing and supporting the delivery of the critical technologies necessary to provide best-in-class conference experiences.
The Business Operations Team Leader will be responsible for performing setup and configuration tasks, ensuring the quality of team deliverables, supporting day-to-day team execution, and partnering across teams to improve processes and delivery outcomes.
What you will do:
Set up and configure critical conference technologies, delivering evergreen technology availability and best-in-class experiences.
Perform quality assurance testing, data audits, investigations, and remediation to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Support day-to-day team delivery, ensuring timelines, priorities, and expectations are met across conferences.
Review work outputs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment to standards.
