Team Lead - Environment

The key activities would include (but not be limited to):

+ People focus: The role has a key responsibility for ensuring the health, safety and welfare of staff. You are expected to demonstrate effective & visible leadership across projects, focusing on the ongoing engagement and retention of employees through the development of individuals and building high performing teams
+ Key point of contact for Australia based Environmental business for GCC India, including direct liaison with Head of E&E Australia-GCC India, Australian Business’s Directors and Project Managers
+ Business, operational & commercial management – input to and delivering on business plan & budgetary targets
+ Commercial governance – project reviews, forecasting and resource management
+ Divisional Resource Management – GCC utilization
+ Technical governance of the E&E teams output working within Australian technical governance frameworks for of all deliverables
