Team Lead - Oakridge

Summary

As a Team Lead you will support the Store Manager and Team Managers in mentoring and developing the store team, driving client relationships and achieving sales goals. You will act as a brand ambassador to ensure exceptional client experiences at the Oakridge Vancouver location. The role combines floor selling, team development and operational responsibilities, with the opportunity to champion a product category.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and Team Managers to mentor, coach and develop sales associates.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive acquisition, retention and loyalty.
• Participate in selling and floor management to achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Assist with daily store operations, merchandising and administrative tasks.
• Optionally lead and promote a specific product category to support business objectives.
