Role Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at a leading customer experience provider as a Team Manager. In this full-time position based in Cebu City, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of customer service professionals to deliver exceptional service and support to our clients.
What you'll be doing
- Oversee and manage a team of customer service representatives, ensuring they are well-trained, engaged, and meeting or exceeding performance targets
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, providing coaching, feedback, and support to drive continuous improvement
- Monitor and analyse team and individual metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies
