Team Manager

About The Role

The Team Manager oversees the collection of unpaid insurance premiums (91+ DPD) for AL, HL, and BML, as well as the management of remedial accounts for mortgage products such as HL, BML, and CTS. This includes handling foreclosure processes, DOU buybacks, and resolving document deficiencies. The role directly supervises an Agency Officer and Team Leader managing Remedial Officers. The primary purpose is to ensure assigned products meet performance targets/budget goals while maintaining compliance with bank policies and processes.

How you'll contribute

• Monitor and update established KPIs of supervised team regularly, to enhance team’s performance.
• Distribute established KPIs and develop other methods to motivate Mortgage Remedial Team Leader and LS-Insurance Agency Officers and maximize productivity and efficiency.
