Team Member Design MEP (Electrical)

Job Purpose: Drive MEP, IT and acoustic design development of projects through external design consultants in terms of timeliness, quality and compliance of design to master plan and other relevant regulatory guidelines to ensure timely release of designs for project development.

Role Challenges:

Align external consultants with approved design plan and ensure minimum deviation during design and implementation phase

Timely information flow from business development, liaising and marketing before and during the projects with project execution team to mitigate potential legal liabilities

To ensure that relevant information is shared with the internal stakeholders on a regular basis.

KRA:-

•Engage with MEP & allied consultants for capability assessment and appointment on board as per tracker timelines
