Job-Related Experience
3–5 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter development
Hands-on experience in Teamcenter configuration and customization
Proficiency in at least one programming language: Java or C++
Experience in Active Workspace (AW) customization
Basic understanding of interface design patterns and development
Technical Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge o f ITK and BMIDE
Proficiency in Core Java
Familiarity with tools like Git, JIRA, Jenkins, and Eclipse (preferred)
Understanding of CI/CD processes and automation practices
Analytical and computational thinking abilities
Proactive communication and collaboration skills
