:

8+ Years of experience In EDI areas

Monitor daily integration processes across EDI protocols, and related ports, ensuring timely error resolution, JSON

Collaborate with internal teams and the EDI managed services partner to analyze and resolve integration issues using monitoring tools. Internal teams include IT&SAP specialists, sales admin & customer service, shipping, finance, purchasing and production planning teams.

Provide support across application-to-application and business-to-business integration technologies.

Manage relationships with trading partner EDI coordinators to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution
