YOUR ROLE

As Technical Lead Software Engineer you will play a crucial role in development, maintenance and optimization of software solutions/applications specializing in Java technologies. You will work in a multidisciplinary and international environment with cutting‑edge technologies, collaborating in Agile environments to continuously improve development processes.

YOUR TASKS

• Designing and Developing Software: Design, create and maintain high‑quality Software Applications using Java and related technologies. Participate in the development of the most complex functionalities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver robust software solutions.
• Code Reviews: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and security. Supervise developments carried out by the team. Disseminate best practices and development processes.
