Role Description

The opportunity
We are seeking a Technical Architect with Core Banking platform experience who can design scalable, secure, and cloud-ready architectures for modern banking systems. This role is ideal for someone who can drive architecture decisions and lead complex transformation initiatives.
Your key responsibilities
Defi Design end-to-end technical architecture for core banking solutions

Lead core banking implementations, upgrades, or migrations

Build cloud-native or hybrid architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Ensure performance, scalability, and security of banking platforms

Work closely with development teams and provide hands-on guidance (coding/reviews)

Define and enforce architecture best practices and standards
Define integration strategies across:
Core banking

Payment systems

Digital channels
Skills and attributes for success
