The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping new developments — from initial feasibility through design coordination and delivery.

• Create comprehensive feasibility studies for new developments, including site analysis, massing studies, BUA/GFA calculations, unit mix optimization, and preliminary cost-benefit assessments.
• Well knowledge in developing projects process — from initial concept and feasibility through schematic design, authority approvals, tendering, and construction support.
