Technical Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Work as a Technical/Solution Architect on Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects, delivering end-to-end solutions that meet client requirements.
• Lead discovery sessions and design workshops to capture client needs and translate them into technical designs.
• Implement solutions across Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Marketing Cloud Advanced, Marketing Cloud Personalization/Salesforce Personalization, Data Cloud, Loyalty Management and Intelligence.
• Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with external systems and platforms using APIs, custom scripts (e.g., AMPscript, SSJS), and tools like MuleSoft or custom ETL solutions (Optional for Solution Architect)
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into technical solutions.
