Technical Assistant Civil & Structure, FEMS

Job Description:

• Carry out civil maintenance activities — Plan Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, Routine Inspection, User Requests and Additional Work — according to company SOPs and Concession Agreement.
• Provide technical input related in related to civil scope such as; architectural element, road & drainage system, roof & structure, landscape, water & sewerage system & pest control
• Monitor and carry out ground maintenance and pest control activities as per scheduled plans.
• Assist the Civil Engineer in data collection, site supervision, and reimbursable/variation work orders.
• Provide technical feedback and monitor maintenance works requiring vendor expertise
• Make sure plant rooms, workshops, and maintenance tools are clean, safe, and in good working condition.
