+ Interacting with Clients, vendors and understand business needs.
+ Initiate/Kick Off Project. Create project plan with relevant details such as (WBS, Effort Estimations)
+ Task Allocation & Track deliveries for against SLA
+ Risk Management and Mitigation
+ Follow the standard practices and procedures specific to your Tower
+ Create & Maintain project management routines
+ Performance Management
+ Conduct regular associate development discussions
