Role Description
- College graduate of any 4 year course; Engineering course is an advantage
- At least with 2 years experienced as technical buyer
- As technical buyer, with experienced or assigned in Materials Ordering, Consignment and Vendor Management System.
- Core Job Functions:
- Sourcing & Evaluation: Identifying, screening, and approving suitable technical suppliers for components, materials, or services.
- Requirements Definition: Working with Engineering/Production/Planning to understand precise technical specifications (BOMs, standards) for purchases.
- Negotiation & Contracting: Preparing RFQs, analyzing bids, negotiating pricing, terms, and multi-year agreements.
- Procurement Execution: Creating and managing Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring timely delivery, and adjusting schedules.
