Lead with Vision As a Senior Geotechnical Engineer, you’ll drive technical excellence and strategic growth for WSP’s Ground Engineering team in Northern Ontario. You’ll lead complex geotechnical projects, mentor emerging professionals, and collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that shape infrastructure and communities.

Responsibilities

Manage geotechnical engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring technical quality and client satisfaction.

Conduct and oversee site investigations, soil and rock sampling, and advanced geotechnical analyses.

Prepare and review geotechnical reports, designs, and recommendations for major infrastructure projects.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and intermediate engineers and technicians.

Collaborate with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery.
