Technical Engineer

Conduct thorough evaluations of customer product samples, generating comprehensive reports and presenting findings clearly and effectively.

Provide exceptional technical support to customers, primarily remotely but with occasional on‑site visits as needed.

Execute on‑site installations/setups of vision systems with precision, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate effectively with sales personnel during on‑site demonstrations, delivering technical presentations and addressing customer inquiries confidently.

Be prepared to travel to Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia for customer visits and project implementations when required.

Communicate closely with technical members at the Tokyo HQ, utilizing English or Japanese as needed, to ensure successful project execution and knowledge sharing.
