Role Description

Responsibilities
 : Collaborate with stakeholders on team roadmap and priorities
Execute and deliver on the roadmap
Direct line management for all the engineers in the squad.
Drive work and epic breakdown for effective estimation, capacity planning and delivery
Manage and unblock technical dependencies with other teams where required
Champion and adopt Engineering best practices
Accountable to the System Health and Tech debt backlog for owned services
Improve engineering efficiency for your team
Accountable to reporting on delivery metrics for your team
Mentor and coach software engineers in progressive engineering practices
Participate in and contribute to cross domain technology forums and guilds
Collaborate with Principal Engineers and Technology Leaders to drive Solution Design for large initiatives
Be an ambassador for the Engineering brand internally and externally
