Role Description

Technical Lead (M365/UC) 
SFIA level 5
Onsite Crawley
Active SC
Lead for hosting and security; ensures Cisco hardware installation aligns with the new backend architecture.
Requirements
MANDATORY: Microsoft 365 / Teams
 Expertise in Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) architecture and deployment 
 Configuration of Teams Admin Centre (MTR profiles, OBTP, firmware, UI settings) 
 Experience with Hybrid Exchange for meeting room resource accounts & calendar sync
MANDATORY: Architecture & Delivery Leadership 
 Lead hardware installation ensuring alignment with backend M365/UC architecture 
 Present technical designs to Architectural Review Boards (ARB)
PREFFERED IF: Unified Communications / Cisco 
 Familiarity with Cisco RoomOS and converting Cisco devices to native MTR mode, Cisco Room Kits, Bars, Navigators, Door Tablets 
 Ability to use Cisco Control Hub for telemetry & hard...
