Technical Lead - Generative AI Agents

As the Technical Lead - Generative AI Agents, you will be the architectural North Star for our agentic initiatives. You will lead the design and delivery of production-grade AI systems that transform how our offerings for B2C customers operate, moving beyond demos to create scalable, observable, and reliable business tools.

What You'll Do

• Architect & Implement: Design complex agentic workflows—including orchestration, long-term memory, and tool-use—using frameworks like LangGraph, Embabel, or state-machine-based patterns.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Work in a high-impact, cross-functional environment alongside a Product Manager to translate ambiguous customer problems into concrete, scalable technical solutions.
