Technical Lead / Logistics (Cabling)

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of hands‑on experience in structured cabling, fiber optic installation, or data center deployment, with at least 2 years in a lead, supervisor, or senior technical role
• Deep proficiency with single‑mode fiber optic cabling including MPO/MTP connectors, fan‑out assemblies, and proper routing and dressing in a production data center
• Demonstrated ability to lead and hold accountable a large field team (20 or more) in a fast‑paced, high‑volume deployment environment
• Experience reading and executing from rack elevation diagrams, port maps, cabling matrices, and low‑level design documentation
• Working knowledge of RDHx and direct liquid cooling infrastructure at the rack level; experience enforcing safe working boundaries across a large team
