Bloom with our client in Cape Town as a Finance Systems Lead at a global lifestyle and concierge leader! Drive their Microsoft-based finance systems (Dynamics 365, Power BI, Power Platform) and lead a team to deliver innovation and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team to maintain and enhance finance systems.
• Drive low-code/no-code automation with Power Platform.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors to resolve issues and manage upgrades.
• Optimize processes and maintain SOPs.
• Manage user access and auditing controls.
• Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 , Power BI , and Power Platform.

Qualifications

• Finance process knowledge (preferred).
• Leadership or mentoring experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Cape Town-based , with 2 days/week in-office .
